Frequently Asked Questions
Does Your Team Work with Any Realtor?
No. Not every Realtor has the same modern perspective on make-ready. We only work with Renovating Realty and their approved Realtors.
Can I Pay Make-Ready fees at Closing?
Yes. Because we are partnered with a Real Estate Company, we offer options for paying make-ready at closing.
Can You Help Me Flip My Own House?
Yes! This is our specialty. And we have investors who you can partner with if you don’t want to pay for renovation costs.
How Do You Bill for Renovation Services?
We work on a replenishing retainer requiring set draws before the next phase is started. We require 30% of the total upfront and a set fee after approved final walk-through. The remainder is divided into 2-3 draws due during the installation.
How Does the Flat Rate Renovation Work?
We assess your space and design aesthetic, then our team gets to work creating a product board that fits in our designated flat rate budget. Once you approve the product board, the work begins!
